Q: Where do you set up a Picnic?
A: We set the picnic up at a location you choose. It can be a State Park, private land, or some other space you secure for your picnic. We service the River Valley and Central Arkansas area.
Q: When should I book my date?
A:We do all we can to accommodate ALL requests! We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, but 4 is best, to allow us to customize each detail of your picnic. Each party is specifically customized based on your request of colors, theme, and type. We appreciate early bookings to allow us to provide you with the best picnic experience.
Q: What is included in my Picnic?
A: Each picnic includes the table, rug, cushions, table runner, charger or placemat, napkin, drinking cup, utensils, and styling décor. Each theme varies slightly regarding actual styling décor and is subject to availability. We offer additional add-ons to make your party planning effortless as possible such as adding lights, XL Teepee, tea party sets, a record player, and/or themed tableware.
Q: How do I book my Picnic?
A:Fill out our Booking Request Form with ALL of your party details. Pay your nonrefundable deposit of $150 to save the date. Make sure your picnic space is ready prior to our arrival. Sit back, relax, and let us transform your space into a dreamy dinner party.

A:The options are endless and We love unique request!
Food and Drink
We DO NOT provide Food or Drinks. You are responsible for providing food and drinks for your guests. Please avoid sticky items, dark liquids, and greasy foods to prevent stains or damage to the inventory.
We set picnic's up for a minimum of two hours. When booked with a tent package we will set up and take down at same time of tent package. Time is negotiable to meet your needs.
We are not responsible for accidents or injury. We discourage jumping on cushions and no sitting or climbing on the furniture to avoid accidental injury and to avoid additional expenses related to damage to the inventory.

We request that you rinse all items after use. The Canvas and Juice are yours to keep, everything else will be picked up.

This Spa'ah-mazing add on can be added to any party or can be booked as a stand alone party and includes:

• Drink Flutes, 1 per guest
• Spa Headband, 1 per guest (assorted designs)
• Kid-Friendly Bottle of Facial Spa Mask (Apply /Peel) for the table
• Hand-Moisturizer, 1 per guest
• Set of Nail Stickers, 1 per guest
• Freshly Laundered Soft linen (washcloths), 1 per guest
• Robe for Each Guest to Used during Party (with clothes rack)
• Bowl to wash and rinse as needed, 1 per guest
• Mini-Bowl and applicator to apply Face Mask, 1 per guest

• Additional Guest can be added for $20 each
